bajje accounts are strictly available to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration requires accurate personal information and is limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of others is prohibited under these Terms.
All financial transactions on bajje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and partner banks. bajje reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by bajje are subject to individual promotion-specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, expiry periods, and eligible game restrictions. General bonus terms are detailed in Section 7 of this document.

If you are accessing bajje on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" in this document apply equally to that person.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. bajje may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information provided. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on bajje. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited. bajje reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion, retaining any bonus balances associated with those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bajje will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact bajje support immediately at [email protected].
bajje reserves the right to suspend an Account and withhold funds pending age verification at any point, including after deposits have been made and bets have been placed. Where a Player is found to be under 18 years of age, their Account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (minus any winnings claimed), and any bonus balances will be forfeited in full.
If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed the bajje Platform using your Account or payment details, you must notify bajje immediately at [email protected] and take steps to prevent further unauthorised access.
bajje accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajje does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any conversion is the sole responsibility of the payment provider.
The minimum deposit on bajje is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, Players who wish to deposit above ৳100,000 in a single transaction may be required to complete enhanced KYC verification before the deposit is credited.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bajje Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. bajje is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you. bajje strictly prohibits the use of funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment details, or any unauthorised source. Deposits made using payment methods that are not registered in your own name will be subject to enhanced verification and may be declined or reversed.
bajje does not offer credit, loans, or any form of deferred payment. You may only bet using funds already credited to your real-money Balance. bajje will not accept bets that exceed your available Balance at the time of placement.
Withdrawals are available to Players whose Accounts have completed the required KYC verification process. bajje reserves the right to request supporting documents — including a national ID (NID), passport, or equivalent — before processing any withdrawal request. A Player who has not completed KYC may continue to deposit and play but may not withdraw until verification is complete.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified payment method registered on your Account. bajje does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered Account holder, or anonymous payment methods.
bajje aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24–48 hours of submission, measured on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within minutes of bajje approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving bank.
bajje reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the Account is subject to an ongoing investigation; (c) the withdrawal relates to winnings derived from exploiting a technical error; or (d) anti-money laundering checks require additional documentation. bajje will notify the Player in writing at the registered email address if a withdrawal is delayed for any of these reasons.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bajje are subject to these general terms and to any additional terms stated in the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Bonus Balance must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited; any unwagered bonus balance remaining after this period will be forfeited automatically.
Wagering contributions toward bonus playthrough requirements vary by game type. As a general guide: live casino table games (Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette) contribute 10% of each bet; slots contribute 100% of each bet; sports bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%. Racing bets contribute 100% if placed at minimum odds of 1.40. bajje reserves the right to update eligible game lists for individual promotions.
bajje actively monitors bonus activity. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including by registering duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, by employing low-risk wagering strategies designed exclusively to clear playthrough without genuine play intent, or by colluding with other Players — will have their bonus balance forfeited and their Account suspended pending review.
bajje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, the Player will be given a minimum of 7 days to complete any applicable wagering requirement before the balance is forfeited.
All bets on bajje are subject to acceptance at bajje's sole discretion. bajje reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after initial confirmation, where: (a) the bet was placed at an erroneous price caused by a system error; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; or (c) the relevant event has already commenced at the time of placement (for pre-match markets where in-play betting is not offered).
Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across all markets on bajje. Specific limits are published within each market. Where the calculated payout of an accepted bet exceeds the applicable limit, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum. bajje will notify the Player in advance where a bet is accepted subject to a payout cap.
In the event of a technical error or malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, bajje reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to affected Players. bajje does not accept liability for any winnings accrued as a result of a platform malfunction. Players who knowingly exploit technical errors will have their winnings forfeited and their Accounts reviewed.
Games in the bajje Casino section — including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Baccarat, and Crazy Time — are governed by the rules published within each game interface, supplied by the game providers Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. In the event of a dispute between the bajje platform result and the game provider's result, the game provider's result shall take precedence.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL organising committee for Bangladesh Premier League). In the event that an event is abandoned, suspended, or void, bajje's individual market rules will determine whether bets stand or are voided. These rules are published within each sports market.

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, bajje reserves the right to forfeit the Account's real-money Balance in full. Where closure is for any other reason — including voluntary closure by the Player — any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal settlement rules, and the resulting balance will be paid out upon closure.
All content on the bajje Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of bajje or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bajje name, logo, and domain bajje.bid are proprietary identifiers of the Platform.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction or redistribution of Platform content; (b) reverse engineering of any game software; (c) scraping, automated data collection, or systematic extraction of Platform data; or (d) any commercial use of bajje's intellectual property without prior written consent.
bajje collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring.

Nothing in these Terms limits bajje's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms are intended to comply with applicable standards of fair dealing and consumer protection to the extent applicable to an online gaming platform. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, or to your use of the Platform, shall first be submitted to bajje's customer support team at [email protected] for resolution. bajje aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days (BST) and to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, either party may pursue such further remedies as may be available under applicable law. bajje's decision on matters of game result and settlement shall be final in the absence of manifest error.
